The month of March may come "in like a lion" and go "out like a lamb."Jesus Christ is referred to metaphorically in Scripture as the Lion of Judah and the Lamb of God. The actual Bible reference that is often misquoted is Isaiah 11:6: "The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them."
