We ship to any location in the USA. (For international destinations please submit a message to us from this Contact Us page to find out shipping options.) Orders received by noon Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day. Orders received after noon Monday-Friday will typically ship out the next business day. All domestic book orders will ship USPS Media Mail (book rate, 5-7 business days) unless you specify an alternate shipping method. Return Policy: If you receive a wrong item or damaged item, please submit a message to us from this Contact Us page or email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your shipment to receive instructions for correcting the issue. If you change your mind on an item, you may return it -- if undamaged and in new condition -- within 15 days of invoice date for refund in the form of the original payment. Returns between 15-30 days of invoice date can be refunded only in the form of an exchange or store credit. For all returns, you must first email [email protected] for shipping instructions.
