2018 Oil Painting SUMMER WORKSHOP

Our 2018 Oil Painting Summer Workshop is designed for the person wanting a solid foundation to start painting with confidence. Enjoy 3 days of professional art instruction with award-winning artist and illustrator Jan Bower. Jan's country studio in beautiful Northwest Lower Michigan is the perfect place to develop your talent in a safe and peaceful Christian environment. As students paint they will learn and experience:

Color Theory & Color Mixing
How to Handle a Brush Skillfully
Lots of Fun Painting!

From 9:00am till 3:00pm each day students will receive clear step-by-step instruction, lots of personal attention, and plenty of encouragement! Class size is limited, so hurry!

Cost: $375
This fee includes all necessary painting materials throughout the week.
The fee does NOT include lodging or any meals. The Grand Traverse area has an abundance of hotels, summer rentals, and campgrounds, so plan early. You will need to bring a lunch each day.
